Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Have questions? You’re in the right place! Below you'll find answers to the most common questions about the AdAgrA conference—topics like registration, meals, translation, and more. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to contact us directly.

Who can attend the AdAgrA conference?

Everyone is welcome! While the conference is organized by and for Seventh-day Adventists, anyone interested in agriculture, self-sufficiency, healthful living, or Bible-based sustainability is invited.

Can I bring my children?

Yes! The conference is family-friendly, and we usually have activities for children, depending on the location and setup.

Is translation available at the conference?

The main language of the conference will be English. However, since the event will take place in Germany this year, we will also provide German translation—not directly on stage, but through other means.

In addition to the main workshops held in English, we plan to offer some workshops entirely in German as well.

If you would really like to attend but feel that your English might be a barrier, please let us know what kind of translation would help you, and we will do our best to support you.

For the translation, you will need a smartphone and the Zoom app installed on your device. Please bring your own earphones or headset for the best experience.

Do you offer online content for those who can’t attend?

Yes! We have a YouTube channel, a blog, and an Instagram page where we regularly post videos, articles, tips, and testimonies.

Can I present or host a workshop at the conference?

We’re always open to new contributions. If you have something valuable to share that aligns with our mission, please contact us through the speaker application form.

Are meals provided at the conference?

Yes, we offer plant-based (vegan) meals during the conference. All food served is free from animal products and is prepared with health and simplicity in mind, following principles from the Bible and Spirit of Prophecy.

If you have specific allergies or dietary needs, please let us know in advance when registering, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How can I cancel my registration?

If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us directly through the contact form or by email. We’ll help you with the process.

Please note that cancellations are only possible up to 1 month before the event.

Do I have to sign up for classes?

You only need to sign up for the optional classes that require an extra fee. All other workshops and sessions are included in your registration and do not require separate sign-up.
