Morning plennary sessions:
Mindset of an Outpost Founder: Exploring the historical and prophetic purpose of outposts, and why they are key to Revelation 18 and central to the final work. We’ll break down the biblical pattern, the prophetic mandate, and a practical formula for establishing outposts for outreach using the Enoch form of evangelism.

Mindset of a True Educator: Uncovering the formula for True Education and the hierarchy of competency. We’ll challenge assumptions about what a True Educator looks like and explore how to inspire and equip youth through exposureships, mentorship, and the guild model of training — showing how True Education is the backbone of any outpost.

The First Step in Outposts: Outpost Clarity How to set yourself and other founders up for success through guided exercises that build self-awareness and sharpen clarity on your vision, mission, and the outpost persona you most identify with... hand, heart, or head.

Designing Your True Education Training Schedule: We’ll work through the key questions needed to design a training program and schedule for your outpost that actively engages and develops youth, covering focus areas, macro annual schedules, daily micro schedules, and how to adapt based on the unique mission and needs of the outpost.

Doch was können wir tun?
In meinem Workshop möchte ich euch Impulse geben, wie wir uns mit Gottes Hilfe ganz praktisch darauf vorbereiten können.
