Main Speaker
Gabriel McClover
Gabriel McClover is the Chair of the Board of AdAgrA USA. Together with his wife Vonnelle, he owns and operates a plant-based restaurant called the Vineyard Cafe and Juice Bar in Summerville, GA. Gabriel and his wife are passionate about agriculture, using the produce they grow exclusively in their restaurant.
Gabriel spent 10 years in sales, marketing & business development for three Fortune 500 companies before moving to the country and founding the Vineyard Café & FITT Challenge LLC with his wife Vonnelle in 2016. Gabriel is passionate about sharing his knowledge & experience in business with young people as a mentor, coach and business consultant.
Gabriel and Vonnelle are proud parents to six children: Elizabeth, Tiffany, Preston, Madison, Matthew and Eliana.
Larry & Michelle Lesher
Main Speakers
Larry and Michelle Lesher established Eastward Gardens in Southern Indiana in 2013. Larry has been farming since 2006 and has experience establishing and managing organic farms. Michelle has a background in nursing, nutrition and lactation consulting and became a full-time farmer in 2017. Together, they are passionate about faith, health and God’s plan for agriculture.

Rob Bertholf
Youth Program Leader
Rob Bertholf is a servant to God aspiring to the character of Jesus. A former Staff Sergeant with the US Air Force and a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in marketing and technology founding several successful startups and agencies. After being called out of the world, Rob has focused on his true passion of teaching True Education and mentoring people how to make country living sustainable through missional entrepreneurship.

Daniele Oriente, married and a father of two, has been serving as a medical missionary since 2012. He is passionate about sharing God’s Word through mission work and is dedicated to serving alongside his family.

God’s Methods for Little Ones: Natural Remedies and Gentle Hydrotherapy for Children and Families
Learn simple and gentle ways to care for children and families at home. We will look at common childhood health concerns such as fever, coughs, congestion, eczema, colic, constipation, earaches, and teething discomfort, and explore practical natural remedies and gentle hydrotherapy applications. The goal is to help parents feel more confident caring for their children, while also learning when professional medical care is needed.
Workshop 2: Advanced Herbal Preparation Practical
Herbalism: How to Make Tinctures, Extracts, and Salves that Last
Learn how to turn herbs into useful preparations for the home. Through practical demonstrations, participants will learn the basic steps for making herbal tinctures, extracts, and topical salves, including preparation, proportions, hygiene, storage, and shelf life. The goal is to give families practical skills they can use to prepare and maintain their own simple herbal medicine cabinet.
Workshop 3: The Medical Missionary Kit & Daily Care.
The Medical Kit: Building a Home Health Cabinet
Learn how to create and organize a practical home health cabinet with essential first-aid supplies, herbs, natural preparations, simple hydrotherapy tools, and other useful health resources. The goal is to help families be better prepared to care for common health needs at home—and to have simple resources available to help a neighbor, friend, or church member when someone needs support.

Vincent Dehelt
Vincent Dehelt is a passionate speaker who loves sharing the message of true education. He is a father of three children and has been married to Nathalie for 30 years. Drawing on his experience as a teacher, his keen interest for studying, and his practical involvement in agriculture, Vincent seeks to connect the principles of true education with everyday life. From now on, he will also be teaching “Acquainting Agriculture” at Matteson Mission School - Norway, where he will share his knowledge and practical experience of agriculture with students.

Paul Tunner

Paul Tunner is a 44-year-old Canadian living in Austria with his wife. He is a carpenter, diesel mechanic and farmer, and together they manage 16 hectares of land. In his spare time, he enjoys riding motorcycles.

Ever heard of the old fashioned ways? Well they had some real good ideas and combined with new tech you can get it all done just fine and then some.. here is a new perspective on “junk” and “old stuff” … here you will get a little intro to making a goldmine of a dream from trash that might ne free or just laying around and even possibly impress the neighbours.

Sarah Dehelt is originally from Belgium. Her journey in the agrarian lifestyle began not long ago. She has been all over, from Tanzania to Tennessee. Currently she is serving at Paradise Fields in Ontario, Canada. She has been growing in understanding the foundations and principles of true education and country living.

Keith Hankins became fascinated with the beauty of agriculture at the age of 16 and since then has gained valuable experience working on different farms and homesteads across the US and Canada. His greatest desire is to learn how to be cultivated by the Master Gardener, Jesus Christ.

René van den Broek
René van den Broek lives with his wife and mother-in-law in the countryside of the northeast Netherlands. As a child, René grew up with a vegetable garden and learned a great deal of practical technical knowledge from his father. Through professions in the graphic industry, healthcare, technical services at a residential care center, and as an installer of electronic aids for the elderly, he now owns his own landscaping and tree care company. René prefers to be outdoors. His vegetable garden is expanded further every year. In addition to his work, he is active in evangelizing throughout the Netherlands using LightChannel material. René believes that time is running short until Jesus returns and that we must spread God's message while we still can…

Timo Hoffmann
Timo is a former heavy metal guitarist whose love for missions was kindled after his conversion. For several years he and his wife ran the 1st pure-plant organic store in Germany where they served people through medical missionary work. Their love for horticulture grew steadily during this time. They are currently setting up their own market garden in Germany.

Ingo Stöcker
GERMAN WORKSHOP
Together with his wife Ingo heads the Elia Mission School in Germany. There he teaches organic gardening, medicinal herbalism and biblical topics. From 2003 to 2007, he managed production at the school farm of the European Bible School of Health and Agriculture in Norway. Ingo has also worked as a horticultural consultant for many years.
