Music
Do you play an instrument and want to contribute to the music at the conference? We’d love your help! Whether for morning worship, special music, or group singing—your talent can be a blessing. Please let us know which instrument(s) you play.
Decoration & Setup
Help us create a warm, welcoming, and inspiring atmosphere! This team will assist with setting up chairs, tables, and decorations before the conference begins.
If you have a creative eye and would like to help make the stage area look beautiful, let us know—we’ll prepare some things in advance, and you might be able to join in this part as well. Even if you’re not sure yet, we’d love to hear from you!
Cleaning Help Needed
We’re looking for a few reliable volunteers to help with cleaning after the conference ends on Sunday. If you know for sure that you can stay 1–2 hours longer (until around 12:00), your help would be greatly appreciated to leave the place clean and in order. Thank you for serving!
Emergency & First Aid
If you have first aid training or medical experience, your help is valuable. Be available to assist in case of minor injuries or health concerns and support the main medical contact if needed. We pray for a safe event, but it’s always good to be prepared.
Transportation & Shuttle
Help us keep things running smoothly by supporting transportation needs during the conference. This could include picking people up from nearby train stations or assisting with logistics for group outings. A valid driver’s license is required if you’d like to drive.
